Diet Plan: The shopping list

So I can stand to have the same things for breakfast and lunch. I'm all about quick and easy for those meals. So I do typically eat the same things.
1 cup cornflakes, 1/2 cup milk, half a banana.

Lunch: 2 cups salad greens, one tomato, quarter of a medium onion, 2 TB ranch. I use the real stuff. Tastes better. and half a can of chicken noodle soup.

Dinner: I am a basic kinda gal. A meat/protein, 2 Veggies, and a starch.

So here's my list:

2 boxed cornflakes
2 gallons milk
bananas
3 bags salad
tomatoes
onions
ranch
4 cans chicken noodle soup
6 meats
12 veggies
6 starches.
There you have it. All meats are baked or broiled, or now that it's getting warmer, grilled. Why not 7? We ALWAYS get pizza on friday nights. it's a treat for the kids, and a break for me. But I limit myself to 1 slice with a salad. Or maybe two if me and bike are getting along fairly well that day, LOL

Weight loss update

Still no budge on the scales, but I did lose inches. That's what matters most.

an inch on my chest band, 1 3/4 inches on my waist and 2 1/2 inches on my hips. That's definately a "stand still" I'll take.

The dress I'm trying to get into!

It's by Alfred Angelo and the price is just as gorgeous as the dress. Seriously. It's so below my budget. I need to order it no later than December of this year, so that leaves me with 9 months to get to my goal size. Initially, I was going to order in July, but I'll give myself a few more months.

Great weigh loss this week

I weigh in on Wednesdays. Typically not on other days because I don't want to stress my self with day to day fluctuations. The only time I weigh on and off day is when I've over eaten the day before and need to know how to make up for it.

So, today, I step on the scale. I'm very surprised to see it tell me that I have lost 4.4 pounds this week.

I'm ecstatic this morning. Everyone is asleep here, so i can't jump and holler, but I'm happy. Tonight is suppose to be mine and Brian's date night. Not sure what we're doing. We can't decide on anything,.

Well, I'm off to make my rounds in cyber-ville, and then to start my day.

Take Care!

A snow Day

The kids just got out of school because it's snowing. It's the south, so it's not "that bad" but down here we shut down for everything.
I'm sitting here enjoying a break at the computer with my frappe'. I didn't use the sugar today and saved me some calories. Actually, I forgot to use the sugar, didn't omit it on purpose. It's JUST AS GOOD!

So I've been imformed that people don't want to read my dietary journal unless it's interesting stuff, so we won't do that today. (Thanks, honey!)

Yesterday, Gabe (the nine year old) bet me that I couldn't walk eight miles at once. He bet me "dollar for mile, I bet you can walk eight miles. Loser pays". So my competitvity came out and I shook the childs hand and said, "I bet I can, boy. It's on. It's on like Donkey Cong". So, assuming the snow isn't too bad, and it isn't too cold, we'll be hitting the pavement tonight. Too cold? we'll do it tomorrow. Poor kid doesn't realize I'm training to do 26 on my birthday in 4 months :-) I'll keep that to myself. He might surprise me, LOL.

Last night, I put in 45 minutes on the bike while I watched Law and Order. Love that show. I was into the show so much that I didn't realize I had rode that much. My precious children broke my odometer on there, so I don't know how fast or how "far" I rode, but I will be getting another one later on. My first ten pound goal is an mp3 player. My old one broke, or died, should say. It won't hold a charge anymore. So when I reach my first ten pound goal, I will be getting a new one. This time, I'm getting one just like Gabe's. It's just a cheap $15 one from Dollar General. But it's survived baseball practice, football practice, the floor board of my car, and needless to add a nine year old in general. I'm sure it will be perfect for me. No more $100 mp3s for me.
My second ten pound goal reward is a new odometer for the bike. After that, I don't know. Although I mentioned to B about putting the amount of my weight loss in dollars into an envelope and when I reach my goal (just over 50 pounds total) buying me a new "COOL" outfit. I never buy new clothes. I'm a goodwill shopper through and through. I've never paid more than $3 for a pair of jeans. That's sad, but true.

anyway, I've got some work to do, so I must go, but take care, my blogger family.

A couple of recipes

First, my chocolate syrup. My grandmother used to make this for me for her homemade biscuits. She was a very large lady. I always assumed the chocolate didn't keep her from being that way. I discovered today, (when I was out of chocolate syrup and wanted a mocha frappe {recipe follows}) that it wasn't the chocolate syrup, gosh darn it, it was those good ole bicuits. (or Bickets, we called them)

Okay, so here's the recipe
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
dash salt
1/2 cup water

combine all ingredients in a 1 qt. pan, mix well and bring to boil, stirring while it boils for a minute or two. Allow to cool and put into a refrigerator safe container and store refrigerated.

Total Calories: 30 calories, 0 fat!

Now, the mocha frappe' recipe: (I got this from this month's Good Housekeeping, and it is soooooooooo good. And so much cheaper than Starbucks ($3+) and a little lower cal and fat, too. (Starbucks 8 oz. mocha frappe' is 150 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. In this recipe, I found it to have 103 calories and 2.5 grams of fat, so the calories aren't that much different and the fat isn't different at all, but it's quick, conveinent and cheaper. That's what sells me these days. and besides, do you realize how many jello cups you could eat with those extra 47 calories? LOL. (that's 4 1/2 if you're wondering, b/c sugar free jello is 10 calories a cup!)

Okay, so the recipe, sorry, I got sidetracked:
1/3 cup strong coffee (I use espresso)
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp chocolate syrup (from above recipe)
2 tsp. sugar (you could probably omit this if you wanted, would save 15 calories)
1 cup ice cubes

put into blender and blend until smooth

Okay, y'all, my drink is gone and the dryer is done. Time to get off here for a while!

Monday, March 1, 2010

I can't believe March is here already. WOW!

So, here's the plan for the day!

Breakfast: Corn Flakes and Milk 165 calories

A.M. Snack: Cottage Double (pineapple) 140 Calories (Total: 305 Calories)

Lunch: 60 Calorie Progresso Soup (Total: 365 Calories)
Michalina's Zitti Meal 300 Calories (Total 665 Calories)

P.M. Snack 10 Calorie Jello cup. (Total 675 Calorie)

Dinner:
Ham 3 oz. 90 calories (Total: 765 Calories)
Green Beans 1 Cup 4o calories (Total: 805 Calories)
Rice 1/2 Cup 106 calories (Total: 911 Calories)
1/2 cup Mixed Fruit 60 calories (971 Calories)

*That will give me 61 calories to do whatever with. I might enjoy me a cup of coffee. Not sure. *

Exercise: walking is not burning enough calories in *my* head, so I'm going to start back with the shred today. I cannot bring myself to doing the entire workout yet. I just can't. So I'm going to have to do it the way I did back when I first started it. I'm going to shoot for doing the first 1/3 circuit of level one. In case you're not familiar with the shred, it's by Jillian Michaels. I hate her so much I love her. She's a great trainer. Her workout on this video is 18 minutes long (not including warm up and cool down) and is divided into three 6-minute circuits. 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute abs. I'll do circuit one, level one today and tomorrow and will add circuit two the the routine on Wednesday. Then, add the third circuit to the routine on Friday.

That's about it for today, guys. thanks for hanging out and reading my plan and goals.

Weekend Review

On saturday, we were suppose to go out to eat with my mother in law, but plans changed and we didn't. We ended up spending the day with our cousins and going out to eat with them. We went to a mexican place, and I went WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overboard with the chips and the margaritas. But it was okay. Once in a while never hurts anyone :-)

Sunday, we did go out to eat with my mother in law. We took her to Fletchers. Great place. I immediately boxed half of my meal when they brought it. We had leftovers for supper last night. Brian had sonic leftovers (I knew not to eat the whole coney Friday night), the kids ate their leftovers from fletchers, as did I.

I walked 2.5 miles at the track last night while Brian and the boys played on the playground. Then, we took the boys and his mom home and she watched them for us to walk her "block". Mind you, she lives in the country, so it wasn't your typical 1/2 mile block. It was a 2.5 mile walk. It was great though. We definitely enjoyed it.

Guess that covers it all. Besides the fact that I've almost demolished that terrible "landmark" in my laundry room, "Mnt. Washmore". It's slowly getting smaller, and is actually contained to two laundry baskets now, instead of my laundry room floor!

PLAN: February 26, 2010

need to do= black: finished: purple

When I weighed this morning, the scale told me I weighed 154 pounds even. Now, two days ago, I weighed 157.4 so it has amazed me at the amount of water weight I was holding. I'm addicted to these sweet little drinks called diet mnt. dew. and apparently all the sodium and caffeine had me holding a minimum of 3.5 pounds of water weight. It doesn't matter if it's water weight or fat weight at this point. I'm in an unhealthy place for my height, my age, and just any person in general. No 25 year old woman that's five foot tall should weight what I do. I don't care how many kids you have. Here's the deal, and I'm asking you, my readers, whether I know you're there or not, hold me accountable. This october, Brian and I will be celebrating our 9th anniversary. We will also gear up into "wedding planning" as we are renewing our vows on our ten year anniversary. I will begin my dress shopping this fall. I would love to walk down the isle to my wonderful husband and be that sexy little "thang" he met. I was wearing a size 7 jeans and a small top then, and weighed 115. It's also my goal for Brian and I to go back to where we went on our first date. Caesar's Head State Park and me wear, for him, the same sweater I wore back then. I no longer have the jeans, but I can buy a pair of 5/7 jeans anywhere from the dollar store to the mall. that's not an issue.
Okay, time to start this day jumpin!

Breakfast: 280 (remaining: 975)
Fit and Active Cherries Jubilee Yogurt: (100)

Lunch: 260 (remaining: 715)
Side Salad with lite western (70)

Diabetes, Obesity and Life

For various reasons, I've been trying out various medications. None of them worked. They were anxiety meds. Obviously, that was the first thought when I was complaining of agitation, shakiness, headaches and slight disorientation. (Like a kid on a subway, I knew where I was, but everything was streaming by so fast I couldn't catch up.) Especially with having just lost Bailey and everything.
So my nine year old, bless his soul, told me that I remind him of my mom. I'm cranky the same times of day she is, and I act like she does then. He also was kind enough to point out to me that I'm fat. :-) (God Love Him)
So, the next time I felt that way, instead of popping a pill, I stuck my finger. (I have blood sugar problems during pregnancy, so I've always had a glucose meter) To my surprise, it was 229. It was eleven thirty at night, and it'd been nearly 6 hours since I'd eaten anything. It was valentines day, and we'd had spaghetti and meatballs, garlic toast, salad, and chocolate marshmellow hearts. Maybe I'd overdone the sugar/carbs. NOT the case. Connie reminded me that six hours was plenty of time for my body to process that sugar. Her instructions: test fasting and before and after meals. I eat breakfast within 30 minutes of getting up, so it took out the before breakfast. So, I stuck my finger six times a day for two weeks. My fastings were always elevated, some of my afters were, but all of my befores were LOW. Yesterday, she done an A1C. that's where they test your blood for an average of what your blood glucose has been over the past three months. I'll get those results on Friday.
her other instructions:
64 oz. water daily.
1,075-1,200 calories daily
15-20 minutes walking daily
only test when I feel bad, to cut costs of test strips (which are EXPENSIVE) and to save my poor little fingers.
I have 40 pounds to lose, and we're comfortable in assuming that by losing the weight, it may work itself out on it's own. Even if it doesn't, this weight has to go. It's not healthy. Not for me, my husband or my kids.
So how did I do yesterday on my first day of these instructions? (afterall, it was 9:00 a.m. when Connie gave them to me, so I started yesterday)
Breakfast: Sausage Patty and Diet mnt. Dew. (no wonder, LOL) 267 calories
Lunch: Salad with light western dressing (lettuce, onions only) 1 c. Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Soup from progresso, Marie Callendar's Manicotti Marinara. 410 calories
Snack: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 2 TBS strawberry topping 115 Calories
Dinner: 3 oz. cube steak, 1/2 c. scalloped potatoes, 12 asparagus spears 359 calories
Snack: Pepperoni poppers 200 calories (was suppose to share these with brian but he was outside while I was cooking supper and I got distracted)
bedtime snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 TBS strawberry topping 115 calories
Total calories: 1, 446. I think I done pretty good considering the bad start and not taking my half out of those poppers first.

I drank all of my water.

I did NOT exercise.

Today will be better. It's a new day, it will be wonderful.
Take care,

~Kana

Wardrobe Planning Time

yeah, I've got a few weeks, roughly 8-10, and if you know how long I procrastinate, you'll know that I need those 8-10 weeks to get my maternity clothes done. I'm using the SWAP (sew with a plan) guidelines you can find them here, http://www.timmelfabrics.com/2008swaprules.htm
and I found this neat little word based chart online somewhere that I've used to plan on. It's broken down into 3 sections, but I think it'll be easier on me, financially, to fill in the chart, then buy all the fabric for each color/print and make those pieces.

I've also been planning out diapers and covers, wipes, and baby layette stuff.

We have decided to forgo the crib, due to a technicality, this baby will not have a room, per se. It will occupy what is currently the playroom, with a pack and play type bed. They have the raised bassinet in them, so it'll be perfect. We haven't decided if we'll wall in that room or build on, either of which won't occur for another couple of years, so I'm not going hog wild on baby furnishings.

We truly thought we were done with Patrick and I donated all of the baby stuff to goodwill. So we're practically starting over :-) It's okay though. I've been granted permission to have fun with it this time. We know the gadgets we HAVE TO HAVE and those that were USELESS, so I'll be making a bunch of the baby's wardrobe and the bedding (done the bedding for all the kids, tho)

We don't know if we're going to find out what Raindrop is or not, so I'll be making a boy coming home suit and a girl. Whichever we don't need, I'm sure I'll know someone who can use it for their baby. Someone at c'moms is always expecting. LOL

Brian is cutting the grass right now, and when he finishes, we'll be going through the storage to pull out the few maternity things I did pack up and keep. They will all need washing, but some may have to be taken to the drycleaners due to musky smells, etc. We'll need to get that done.

Up front, 8 weeks to get maternity clothes sounds like a long time, but when you factor in life, 3 other kids, football, school, the household, and everything else, 8 weeks is like a day. It'll be okay though.

For those wonderin, Raindrop has let mama eat today, and I have taken every opportunity for granted and ATE!

well, y'all, I've gotta run. I'm gonna see what fabrics I have in stash that I may want to use for me or baby, and Hobby Lobby has their knits on sale 30% off this week. Only problem, I'll have mama with me. She'll ask me what I'm making, LOL, that and the lady that works there knows we're expecting and she may say something innocently. (you feeling okay today? have you been sick? etc)

till late, hug those babies!

Freaky Friday

So, some weird things have been happening around here.

It started last week when i woke up with Niagra Falls in my nose. I NEVER get a cold in July. Weird. Especially weird once I realized it only lasted the first twenty minutes I was awake.

Then, Brian was at the neighbors house and I began to crave whipped cream. I called him crying b/c we didn't have any. He offered to go to Bilo. Kind soul he is. Unfortunately, they were closed.

Then there was the "Oh MY GOD! MY HOUSE IS A WRECK". I've been on a cleaning frenzy.

But all at the same time, I've been just tired and sluggish. No energy at all. I despise the taste of coke, want to eat jalapeno pepper slices by the gallon, and the smell of liquor makes me sick. Well, at least Jack.

A few nights ago, I dreamed I was in Mary Jo's. It's an awesome fabric shop in Gastonia, NC.
I was shopping for the Kwik Sew Baby Sew Book and a bunch of girlie fabrics. Pink Gingham, butterflies, flowers, you name it. I came home and sewed up a bunch of little dresses, and made a cute little ribbon/elastic headband with a cute little rose on the top to match every one of them.

Yesterday, realizing what was up, I gave in and POAS. If anyone remembers, around the fall of last year, a good friend, Becca, told me "You'll be pregnant within the year". Y'all, if Becca Webb tells you you're gonna be pregnant, you better believe it. I secretly laughed at her every month since them that I started. Y'all, I'm not laughing this morning. I'm a little scared, I'm a little nervous. Only a dear friend and my youngest babe know.

I had Patrick tell his Daddy last night, "I'm not the baby anymore". Well, Daddy thought he said "I'm not A baby anymore" and responded with "Yes, you're a big boy". Oh well for that.

I'm scared to death about this, and since only my web friends read here, I feel safe talking here. I don't think anyone reads here that will tell Brian before i get the chance, like on facebook.

There are a lot of things we've got to get into order in the short nine months this little raindrop is going to give us, but Tara's famous "how big is your God" keeps coming back to mind. As Katie said, "God will sustain me".

Our raindrop will be joining us in the real world sometime around April sixth, if my calculations serve me correct. So, yup, I'm four weeks and a few days. I know when it happened, but I don't know when I ovulated. See there's this thing called no "mood" and then this thing called "this one time" so I know when he/she was concieved, and that's what I'm going by. I also know I tested three days ago and got a negative, then a positive yesterday, confirming that when I know, is when it happened. Okay, so within what three days, LOL. Don't ask me my LMP. I have no clue.

I'm asking you all to pray for Brian as I tell him. I do not know how he will take the news. I don't think he'll be mad, but now is not the best time, in our minds, even though I KNOW it's a God thing. We were taking precautionary measures. I also ask that you all keep me in your prayers as i adjust to this, and start 'takin care of bitniz' as they say, in ways of household stuff that's got to be done soon.
One more thing, keep our little raindrop in your prayers. I have had a few maragrita's in the past few weeks and I've also (at different times) taken Ibuprofen. I know they say that it's okay if you don't know yet, but when you find out to stop, but I still worry.

Well, with no further ado, here's the proof. Taken 17 DPO.

Photobucket

Well, y'all, I guess that's all for now! Take Care, and thanks for reading!

Groovy Tuesday

So the dog has fleas again, and I, being the one who actually likes to sleep and not stay up all night scratching, slept in the floor last night. My back hurts like the dickens, I'm tired, and I could stomp someone in the ground (probably snoopy and his daddy, at this point :-) ) But it's been a really super productive day.

The kitchen is cleaned, bill station is straightened and no longer a clutter hot spot.

The kids were fed breakfast and lunch ON TIME, and they're now resting.

Second load of laundry is in washer, will be hung out to dry once finished.

We had yummy egg salad sandwiches and tossed salad for lunch. I can't believe how my kids LOVE egg salad. Gabe isn't crazy about it, but the littles, oh, it's one of the best things since Mama, LOL. Made sure to save some for Daddy to take to work tomorrow for lunch if he wants to. (he may eat it tonight, who knows)

Just wanted to get on here and update for the day. Gonna go clean out my cabinets in the kitchen. I know I have lids to all those tupperware containers. When I get to the glass cabinet, we're pairing down on those. I have a double cabinet with a center shelf for my glasses. with the center post and the shelf, it divided into 4. I'd like to organize those things into
1. lowballers/juice glasses (8)
2. Tea glasses (10)
3. Coffee Mugs & Travel Mugs (10 mugs, 5 travel)
4. Kid's cups (6)

I also need to get crackin' on some napkins. I suppose I need 5 per set, and a set for 3 meals, plus one extra, so 4 sets, 20 napkins, total. I'd love to find some really nice, soft, purple flannel to do them with. I have some remnants of a dinosaur flannel that I'm thinking of making smaller napkins with for the kids.

You know what else I want? I want an apron to match my kitchen. I KNOW I have some fabric leftover from the recent decorate, but I can't for the life of me remember where I put it.

Well, the cabinets aren't gonna clean themselves!

Take Care, God Bless and kiss those babies!

Just another manic Monday.

We got up this morning and managed to get the little boys to my mom's house for a pizza party. Nothing major, just my parents and the little guys, he he. They loved it.

Gabe and I went to the grocery store and then Chic-Fil-Lay for kids meals afterward. On the menu this week;
Breakfast: Alternating oatmeal and pankcakes (depending on mood, not day, LOL)

Lunch:
M- Kids at Mimi's, me and Gabe had Chic-fil-lay
T- Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
W- Egg Salad Sandwiches
R- Burritos and Veggies

DINNER
M-7 layer Salad with Tortilla chips
T-Grilled Cheesy Chicken with grilled veggies
W-Ham, Corn and Green Peas (yeah, two starches, but it fits too well, LOL)
R-Tex-Mex Taco Dinner (It's a hamburger helper type thing, but not from a box, really good looking, if you ask me.)

All of the dinner recipes are from past issues of Kraft Food & Family. It's a free mag from Kraft that I LOOOOOOOOOOVE!

When we went back to my mom's to pick the little guys I was sitting in the swing with my mom when I felt some bug of sorts light on my arm. I kinda flinched a little to shoo it away when I realized it was a yellow jacket. Of course, I ticked him off, so he stung me. My arm is very sore, and I have a cute little blotch of red on it. I keep having muscle spasms in my arm, but doc said it was normal from the pain. As long as my chest doesn't tighten up or the spasms spread, I should be ok, just to take Benadryl.

Now, we're at home, in the midst of nap/rest time. Gabe is pestering me to find him a particular under armor shirt that to be quite frank honest, I think looks terrible on him. he's not cut to wear things like that, I try to keep him from them for his own emotional security yet everyone else just lets him wear them, looking like a tick that's about to bust. Ugh. It's a never ending battle of the x'es that THANK GOD will be over in 9 years.

Well, I'm off to take Gabe to be fit for football uniform, so take care, God bless!

Catching You UP!

yeah, it's been nine months since my last post. I could have had a baby in that time, but I promise, Patrick's still holding fast as the youngest of the brood. :)

In those nine months, all three children have presented various health issues. Gabe is battling his weight even more so now than ever. We're awaiting a sleep study in August, and then will begin, hopefully, working with a nutritionist/dietitian.

Bri has finally gotten in with a psychologist, his first appt. will be this week, on Thursday.

Patrick is just having some emotional issues, similar to Bri's, and we're still balancing on a fence to decide if it's mirroring Bri or if he has problems, as he is otherwise okay. He feeds off of Bri, so we tend to lean toward mirroring.

At the end of baseball season this year, Gabe was drafted to play first base for the All Star team for our rec. He shared first base with another player, so he didn't get an entire game in, but he was so proud to be an All Star ballplayer. I'm very proud of him too! We will start football next week! Not sure if I'm excited or nervous, or a little of both.

Brian and I are starting to plan our renewal ceremony. It will be in January of 2012. That means I have just over two years to plan it. I need it, the way I change my mind, LOL. We can't decide where, what time, what color, or any of that. Gosh, do I really want to do this? Ugh. Of course I do. I can't wait to marry the man of my dreams AGAIN! He just doesn't understand why he's doing it again. I told him, at least it's the same woman. Jokingly, he said he's not sure if that's a good thing or not. Either way, I know he's excited, maybe not about a wedding, but he's definately excited about the ten year mark. I can't believe it's been that long.

On the homefront, the dryer element burned out about three months ago, and it's not been a big priority to fix it, so I'm still hanging clothes out and taking some of them to the laundromat. It's nice to get a few minutes of me time at the laundromat. It reminds me of that episode of King of the Hill (yeah, I'm a fein for that show) where Didi throws G.H. at Cotton and says "you have to take the baby. I need me time. To do the laundry". I seriously think of that every time I go up there, and thank God for giving me a husband who is willing to watch the kids for me to do something as simple as dry clothes. Seriously, i do nothing. The hour I'm there, I read a book. Needless to say, we're not fixing the dryer, :-)

The kitchen remodel is complete and I'm currently working on Gabe and Patrick's room. It will be orange with purple trim and decorated with Clemson University decor'. After their room, Bri's room and the boys' bathroom will follow. The rest of the house to be done by goal date of February 2010.

Okay, so you're caught up, for the most part. Now for the cool thing. I've put an alarm into my phone. It will wake me up every morning to get on here, have my internet time, blog, check email and all that before the day begins. I'm trying to give up day time internet, and will be on here once in the morning and once at night. Obviously longer periods at night. So, for those of you who follow, I'm hoping to keep more updates on here.

Oh, and look for pictures of projects to come up soon!

Take Care, God Bless and as always, kiss your babies tonight

some past projects...

The first few things are "new", but some toward the end are just things I've done over the course of the summer/fall so far. they're on the old blog, but since we have the email addy issues, yeah, I just reposted them here. Enjoy, and thanks for looking

These are the orbit gum packs for Gabe's teachers. I'm also gonna do a couple of other things for them, too, just not sure what.

A graduation card from last year (c/o 08)
This was a sympathy card for my uncle.

Similar one for my deceased aunt's sister

the slider that was on a throw we bought for our cousin's wedding. Flipped it over and decorated it instead a of card.
